We are seeking an Activities/ Lifestyle Co-ordinator to be involved in creating and delivering person-centred and meaningful activities whilst promoting a positive lifestyle where personal choice is paramount to individuals who reside in a care home.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be able to work with a small team of activity staff and also be able to work alone. You will be expected to work mostly days, however some evenings and weekend work will be required.

Requirements:

  • The X-Factor - centred around care, empathy and understanding
  • Care experience would be advantageous, however, not essential
  • The Activities Co-ordinator will be expected to create links with the local community, create outcome focused activities for people and be able to ensure that residents have an opportunity to be involved at all times.

Hours: Full Time Permanent
